Research on the optimization and improvement of business environment based on the customer satisfaction model of ‘Access to Electricity’

In order to further promote the reform of “deregulation and service” continuously optimize business environment, power industry as important part national economic development, optimizing environment is urgent. Based on customer satisfaction survey ‘Access electricity’, this paper constructs a set targeted, complete practical multiple regression model electricity consumption satisfaction, puts forward relevant strategies help improve industry.
